Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern use of the online service PureForm — the website https://pureform.tiwy.ru/ and Telegram bots @PureFormAI3_bot, @PureFormAI3_bot, the payment bot @PureFormPay_bot and other entry points listed on the site (together, the “Service”), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service — including visiting the site, starting a bot, the /start command, registration, photo upload, payment, or receiving generations — you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement in full.

1.3. If you disagree with these terms, you must stop using the Service.

1.4. The Service is intended only for persons aged 18+. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Nature of services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and non-material services, including but not limited to:

AI image generation from a photo you upload (image-to-image / styling);
generation packages (credits / “gens”) on the account balance;
temporary access (including “Power Hour” — session access on terms shown in the bot before payment);
demo previews on the website (limited features);
informational materials in the bot and on the site.

2.2. No physical goods are shipped. The result is a digital file / online access to functionality.

2.3. Materials may include AI algorithm outputs, Administration/third-party materials (templates, prompts, UI, texts), and public-source information in descriptions.

2.4. You understand that the value of digital goods/services is access to generation features, packaging, support and updates — not a guarantee of uniqueness or a “perfect” result for every request.

2.5. The Service does not claim or guarantee exact match to expectations, uniqueness of every result, or fitness for commercial use without your own review.

2.6. You warrant that you have rights to uploaded images and that requests do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation of Telegram, payment providers or third-party APIs, or absence of artifacts in AI generations.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages, consequences of your use of materials, third-party actions (Telegram, hosting, payments, AI infrastructure), temporary outages, queues, or content you upload.

3.4. All decisions on applying materials and generations are yours, at your own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage or assist unlawful activity.

4.2. You must use the Service only within applicable law and third-party rules (including Telegram).

4.3. It is prohibited to upload, request or distribute materials involving minors (in any form), sexualization of children, real violence, extremism, illegal drugs, or third-party images without lawful basis/consent where required.

4.4. Responsibility for lawful use rests fully with you.

4.5. The Administration may refuse generation, remove content and restrict access if a violation is suspected, without compensation.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. Code, design, texts, branding, templates, prompts and other Service materials are protected IP of the Administration and/or right holders.

5.2. You may not copy, resell or redistribute Service materials (except your lawfully obtained personal generation result) without permission.

5.3. Rights in your original photo remain with the right holder. Rights in the generated result are governed by applicable law; you use results at your own risk.

5.4. IP violations may lead to restricted access without compensation.

6. Access restriction

6.1. The Administration may suspend or limit access in case of Agreement breach, abuse (spam, limit bypass, fraud, mass automation), legal/payment-provider requirements, or suspected prohibited content.

6.2. Restriction does not release prior obligations.

6.3. The Administration may refuse service where actions create elevated risk for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is on the terms shown in the Service before payment (bot, site, invoice, payment page). Methods may include:

Telegram Stars;
SBP / bank transfers via a payment provider;
bank cards (including international, when enabled);
cryptocurrency (when enabled).

7.2. Current tariffs are also available via /info in the bot and in Profile. The package base price is in Telegram Stars. Other methods (SBP, card, crypto) add a fee markup for processor and withdrawal commissions relative to the Stars equivalent. Approximate grid below (may change; amounts shown before payment in the bot take priority):

* SBP / card / crypto when the channel is enabled; amounts already include fee markups vs Stars base. Until a channel is live, Stars remain available. Free limits follow bot rules and are not a permanent obligation. The final amount is always confirmed in the payment UI.

7.3. A digital service is considered delivered when:

gens / temporary access are credited to your balance; and/or
you received a successful generation result for a paid request.

7.4. Because of the non-material nature of digital goods, refunds after access is granted are generally not provided, except as stated below.

7.5. A refund may be possible only if:

the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service;
access was not actually granted (balance not credited / access not activated);
there was a mistaken or double charge;
a refund is required by applicable law.

7.6. To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of payment via @PureFormSupport_bot, with payment method, time and identifiers (user id / charge id / receipt) if available.

7.7. Refund decisions are made individually based on payment logs and delivery facts.

7.8. You agree not to initiate a chargeback via payment systems without first contacting Service support and allowing a reasonable time to respond.

7.9. Payment-provider fees may apply under their tariffs; the final amount is shown before you confirm payment.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical and account data needed to run the Service (see Privacy Policy).

8.2. Reasonable security measures are used; absolute security of transmitted data is not guaranteed.

9. Changes

9.1. The Administration may change this Agreement, including tariffs and pack descriptions.

9.2. The current version is published at https://pureform.tiwy.ru/en/legal/terms.html and/or via /info in the bot. Russian version: https://pureform.tiwy.ru/legal/terms.html.

9.3. Continued use after publication of an update means acceptance of the updated terms, unless law requires otherwise.
